Voters who wish to have their absentee ballot delivered by mail must submit their application for the ballot to the City Clerk's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the election. Voters can also take their application to the City Clerk's office prior to 4 p.m. on the Monday before an election in order to obtain a ballot for in-person voting only. Ballots must be signed and returned to the City Clerk's office by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
